Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Processing begins once your order is confirmed. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier but generally fall within the 3–5 day processing + delivery window.

Order Accuracy & Address Information:

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items due to the nature of our products.

Refunds for Damaged Items:

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or broken, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
  • Once verified, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged. They are not available for change-of-mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or minor variations that naturally occur in handmade products.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for courier delays. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and coordinating with the delivery provider wherever possible.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed as processing may have already begun.
